About

Shrubsteppe Blooms has two primary objectives:

  1. To bring light and joy to our community through specialty cut flowers.
  2. To provide nursery stock of native plants to our community in Central Washington.

We aim to produce flowers and plants through low-input practices that minimize waste and promote ecosystem health.

Shrubsteppe Blooms was established in 2023 by Phoebe and Matthew. They live and grow on family property in Yakima County, Washington with a small bevy of critters in tow.
